Jared and his guys at Raleigh Import Services gave me stellar service. Id been having a rough drive with my car ( along with the dreaded service engine light). He had the time to work me in and get right to work. He found that my car needed spark plugs and ignition coils, he also noted the pitiful state of my windshield wipers and added that to the list to switchout for new ones. "Because safety "... his desire to not only make sure my car was ready to go but safe for the road was very clear. The "fixed right the first time" has been his work ethic for years before he had his own space for work. I've know Jared for years,and coming from a family of backyard mechanics, I trusted his shop talk anytime I saw him. I am happy to have him as my go to for all my car needs in this space of his own. He was upfront about all the need to do nows and the can wait for later. In my opinion, giving me a reasonable price for all of the work he did for this visit. My car is running smoothly almost two weeks later. Also, the waiting area is great! Clean with snacks, beverages, and even charging stations. He would pop in at every opportunity to give me updates on the work as he could. You won't

Excellent service and quality work! They replaced my air strut, control arms, rim, and wheel on my Audi A8L, and everything was done professionally. The car drives great again, and I highly recommend them for honest, reliable repairs.

I can honestly say Jared has been the best mechanic I’ve ever worked with. He always provides quality service, fair prices, and excellent work. Before finding him, I was actually close to selling my car because of all the problems and stress I was having. Thankfully, someone recommended Jared to me, and since then I haven’t taken any of my vehicles anywhere else — and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. Thank you, Jared. You are truly an amazing professional and the most honest mechanic I’ve ever met. I really appreciate all your hard work, dedication, and the care you put into everything you do. First off, I manage a 5 star shop, but there are things that even our shop can't do or don't specialize in. When it came to my 2010 Audi S4, I was wanting, dare I say, needing, more power. This is where Jared @ Raleigh Import Services came in with Velocity AP, and helped me out. He installed an Engine and TCM tune, along with the supporting modifications, larger heat exchanger, stiffer motor mounts, larger pulley, and several other modifications to fill my needs. The dreaded check engine light. It popped up in the middle of a drive during a chaotic week - here we go! We dropped our car off at Raleigh Import Services, a local family owned-business, to get it checked out and hope for the best. They provided excellent service and transparent service needs and pricing. We had the option of leaving our car there or dropping off at anytime we wanted with 24/7 drop-off. We found out we had a bigger issue that required about 12 hours worth of work, new brake pads and a worn belt. We had all the work completed and received regular updates on work progress and timing. One item was a backlight that for some reason NO ONE (even the dealership) couldn’t fix which was super annoying to us…they were able to fix it without issue! The work was done for a fair price and we were able to pick up when it was convenient for us. The car is driving like an absolute dream and I feel so good about the services that were completed. At pick-up the car had clearly been cleaned up and was such a nice touch! A little card on the dash, a nicely placed paid receipt with any ancillary items in the car secured. Thank you!
